What is the GreenTech Innovation Challenge?

The Fidelity GreenTech Innovation Challenge has been launched to support groundbreaking GreenTech solutions that address key challenges within Ghana’s agricultural value chain.

The challenge will offer entrepreneurs business development support, coaching/mentorship and over GHS 1 million in grants! The challenge targets three tiers of entrepreneurs, each at different stages of development: Ideation, Scale Up, and Commercialization. Our goal is to foster sustainable innovations that can transform the agricultural landscape in Ghana.

  • For this category, we are looking out for:
    • Established Business: The applicant must have an established business with a proven track record.
    • Scalability: The proposed solution should demonstrate potential for scaling up.
    • Impact: The solution should address a significant agricultural challenge and have a measurable impact.
    • Sustainability: The proposal should include a plan for long-term sustainability.
    • Mentorship Needs: A clear outline of the technical assistance and mentorship required for scaling up.
